Appartement "Tapis Volant"

Nestled in the lively Belsunce neighborhood, our stylish and cozy apartment is just 5 min from Vieux-Port and 10 min from Saint-Charles train station. Enjoy the city's energy, diverse culture, and nearby cafés, markets, and historic streets. Perfect for explorers and urban adventurers. 

Welcome to our apartment in Belsunce! This recently renovated apartment is bathed in the beautiful light of the South. It has been carefully decorated and contains personal belongings, so we kindly ask you to treat it with love and respect. 

Before arrival you will get the access codes to open the front door and the code to open the keylocker for the apartment key. And you will get a manual by email or whatsapp. In the apartment there's a map with all  the information needed. But you can contact us anytime when needed.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building (no elevator). Although it is situated in the lively Belsunce district, its position at the back of the building makes it a true haven of peace. 

Ideally located to explore Marseille: 

• 5-minute walk from the Vieux-Port 
• 10-minute walk from the train station 
•  2-minute walk from the tram and metro, providing easy access to the beaches 

Layout and amenities: - Accommodates up to 6 people - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200 cm) - Spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed - Beds are made upon arrival and bath linen is provided.

Parking: The apartment does not have a private parking space, and finding a free spot nearby can be challenging. However, several paid parking options are available in the area. 

Traveling with a baby? A baby cot (0-2 years) is available upon request. Please mention it when booking, and we will prepare it for you. 

Houserules:

• No parties are allowed in the apartment. However, Marseille has a vibrant nightlife with plenty of options for a great evening out. Feel free to ask us for recommendations, we will be happy to help. 
• With a lot of pleasure we rent out our apartment in Marseille, but we expect our guests to be careful with our home and its furnishings (vinyl, books, etc.). 

Points of attention: 

•  be careful when opening and closing the sliding doors, as well as the bathroom door lock 
• do not forget to close the windows when using the air conditioning and to turn it off when you are not there 
• close the windows before you leave, a strong wind (mistral) can always appear very quickly 
• do not place hot objects on the kitchen counter or on the dining table
•  because this is a residential apartment building where people live permanently, there is zero tolerance for noise disturbance. Parties are strictly forbidden in our apartment 
• smoking is not allowed
•  pets are not allowed on the bed or sofa 
• the other house rules are stated in the manual that you will receive by email and can also be found in the apartment itself

Before departure:

•  Please do not leave dirty dishes and take out the trash (containers are located across the entrance or 10 meters to the right in the street).
• Dirty laundry can be placed in front of the washing machine in the kitchen.
• Put keys back in the keylocker
